Prof. Pak Sum Low (Chair in Climate Change) gave a public lecture at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) last Friday morning (October 14, 2011) to more than 200 attendees.

Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iran and Pakistan top a new ranking of countries at “extreme risk” of experiencing natural disasters compiled by a global risk assessment company. Vietnam is ranked as “high risk.”
